Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Pretty simple. I have renamed my counties to the names of the first characters I've played as. They show up fine on the map and on the left sidebar for each individual province. On the right sidebar however the game still shows the original names of the counties. Interestingly though the name of the trade post in the sidebar does use the custom name.

It is not the name of provinces in the outliner, but the holdings themselves. If you rename the holdings they should update accordingly.
