When you load a save game, Chinese Emperor's relatives who shouldn't be in the game(supposed to be treated as 'dead' although they are alive in China) appear in the game.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
It's how I got the bug.
Start as the Han Taoist Chinese count in the Western Protectorate of Tang in 789.
Save the game.
Quit, relaunch the game
Load the save file.
Ta-da. Chinese Emperor's daughter is back from exile-like state and available for marriage even for the lowly count you are playing.
