Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Outcome of improving relations with a clan - the tooltip isn't showing properly. You'll note in uppercase "TRIGGER_CLAN_TITLE". This shouldn't be there.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Be a nomad
2. Have more than 1 clan
3. Send your chancellor to increase nomad sentiment (2nd action from the left)
4. Wait
5. Pop-up about honorable (sic) mention appears after a while.
6. Hover over "Excellent" for tool tip to show.
