I just finally played and finished my first unmodded + Ironman game to get some of the achievements. I started in 1066 as the Duke of Apulia. When the game ended, I received the "Survivor" achievement as expected, but unexpectedly and incorrectly received "Persistent Survivor" and "Seven Centuries" along with it.
You can see this at my Steam profile here -- https://steamcommunity.com/id/MessyRecipe/stats/203770/achievements/ -- I have all three with the same timestamp, which as I understand, shouldn't be possible even if you pick the earliest start.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
I suppose the naive-but-lengthy approach is to reset achievements, play from 1066 to the end, and check if you receive all three.
