If your ruler is allowed to take a concubine, then you potentially have unlimited prestige.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Find a woman (age 16-35 inclusive) who has landed parent(s), alive or dead, and invite her to your court.
2. Find a male adult and invite him to your court.
3. Take the woman as a concubine for prestige (25 per rank of the woman's parents).*
4. Offer the woman as a concubine to the man.**
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 ad infinitum.
*You can take a woman as a concubine, even if she's already someone else's concubine, as long as you have not set her aside before.
**You can always offer your concubine to someone else as a concubine, as long as he is allowed concubines.
