Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Whenever you load a save, it always says achievements are disabled in the bottom left hand corner of the UI even though they may be active.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start Ironman save. Save and quit to desktop. Reload save, see 'Achievements disabled'
