One line summary of your issue
2.8.1.1 - Independent realms spawning inside my empire

Game Version
2.8.1.1

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm playing on ironman with achievments so the checksum is correct. Remove the number at the end of the concerned files in order load the files in CK2.

2 duchies and 1 county of my realm became suddenly independant in the same play session, without then declaring war on me and I haven't even recieved a pop-up warning me of their independence.

1) The Duchy of Kurland when I loaded the game (north of Stockholm), he was not independent before I load the game: http://www.mediafire.com/file/674ki5c3b8qhh0n/Iron_Man_Saxe48.ck2

2) Then the Ducky of Västergötland became independant, then this guy became independant in Lubeck: http://www.mediafire.com/file/6e7dlzszb3lpp4a/Iron_Man_Saxe49.ck2

However, I loaded this file before sending it to you, and things have somehow changed I do not know how and why: the Duke of Västergötland was not independant (he was the first time I played before I loaded) and the Lubeck guy... was in my jail (he never was in my jail before I loaded).

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I do not know.

Now Denmark suddenly becomes independant because a new king came to power, despite the fact it should stay under my rule since I am an emperor.

It is not a bug. You have way too many direct vasals. Also, you can offer vasalisation, as soon as you get peace.

Try to keep smaller vassals under larger ones and try to keep vassal limit close to your number: 26.
37 is wayyyyyy too many vassals for you - 29 might work, but every time someone dies and is not happy about something, he will form independent realm, because your vassal number is too crowded.

Some advice for fellow emperor:
you should not have county(chief) and duke(jarl) level vassals(unless you have to have duke level republics, before they became kingdoms or have duke level mercenaries or holy orders as vassals and need their army power) - give them to kings. Delegate power, so that your crowd are kings only.

From what I understand, each time you play, someone dies - not always the same guy, sometimes death event postpones, but anyway - successors just form independent realm, because your vassal number is too high. In some cases it is still possible to offer them vassalisation.
