Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My situation is that I'm a 3 county count under the duke of Upper Burgundy in the HRE. I declared an independence war from the duke and the emperor proclaimed realm peace and there seems to be no way to check how much time is left until I can declare war again.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Be 2 levels lower than the top liege, under another liege and have the top liege enforce realm peace.
