Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
You can Apparently Appoint a 1 and 0-year-old to be cupbearers. click on cupbearer and scroll through the names and you will see an option to appoint a child to be a cupbearer
Now I have no idea if this is a bug because I recently got all the Portraits DLC and continuned my game. Since i assume they would not effect anything.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have a child recently
Scroll though honorary titles
Upload Attachment
