CK-DV - Modding a muslim country catholic and playable

I would like to make Tripolitana a catholic and playable country.

I have started a game as another country and saved it, i then changed the liege of Tripolitanas religion to catholism in that save. I am still unable to choose Tripolitana when i try to load this save, but I can see that Tripolitana has the catholic shield and it is a catholic country, if i load it with another country.

So, is it hardcoded, or do I have to change something else in the savegame file to be able to choose Tripolitana?

Easy solution:

1) Make him catholic
2) Load the game as some other nation, pause, save right again
3) Go to the load screen. Tripolitania should show up as a playable nation.

Complicated solution:

The list of playable nations is located at the top of a save game file. You need to include Tripolitania within that list. Do so and you will be able to play them straightaway. (You can actually play any nation that way, including knightly orders, ecclesiastical states, republics, and heathens)

It seems you have already changed the ruler's religion and the county's religion so I think you should only write this in the save game:
C811 = {
gender = male
type = county
dna = "85921373533436" (it is the dna for the ruler in DV 1066 scenario)
title = { C811 } (in the DV 1066 scenario he has no other titles)
}

With this you will be able to play Tripolitana.

I tried the save and reload thing and it worked perfectly.
