CK 2 - Favourite DLC

Hey up guys,

I was wondering what everyone's opinion was on CK2 DLC? I have a few odds and ends in terms of DLC but didn't really enjoy "conclave". I felt it didn't really bring any mechanics to the game that improved the game or made it more enjoyable. Quite the opposite, I just found it restrictive in a tedious one-dimensional sense - different strokes for different folks I guess.

I'm thinking about purchasing some more DLC. I'm looking for something that doesn't simply add repetitive, administrative burden / micromanagement to the game, but enriches and expands it in a fun sense. Any suggestions? What are your favourite DLCs?

I recommend these dlcs too, imho they are among the best ones because they add lots of flavour and playing as/against the norse is epic. If you're a "minmaxing" player, Monks&Mystics is highly recommended because the hermetic society's books and artifacts are a huge stats powerhouse, even if, per se, imho the Orders that give the name to the dlc are a bit lackluster and could use some more depth/variety of interaction.

The Republic probably. The lovely feeling when you can crush your enemies with the strong fist of capitalism, i.e., those excessive funds which allow you to field copious amounts of mercenaries, retinues etc.

Old Gods is still my favorite i love playing as a pagan. Holy Fury is a close second as it makes the Pagan reformation way better

Holy Fury, Monks&Mystics, The Reaper's Due, The Old Gods. Conclawe and Way of Life are also enjoyable, though these DLCs are more utilities than full-fledged expansions.
