CK 2 > EU IV 'not compatible'

Hi, I just picked up EU IV from the paradox store and tried to play my converted games from my (steam) crusader kings II but in the mods section all my converted games are greyed out with the message "This mod is disabled because it does not support the current version (1.8.1.0) of the game. The mod does not have the supported_version set."

The last game I converted was with the newest version of CK 2 installed btw. (2.2.1)

Is this a problem my end (like needing to update EU IV, or some compatibility issue) or have Paradox just dropped the ball on this?

The converter has not yet been updated to work with the recent major patches for both CK2 and EU4. It still works OK with the patches that were current when it was last updated, 2.1.6 to 1.7.3 .

Now that 2.2.1 is out there is one more serious bug to fix, to do with crashes triggered when certain Unit Packs are not present. Along with that they are starting work on updating the Converter for the current patch levels. There is no ETA as yet, so please just put aside any games you wish to convert until that update comes out.
