I don't know if this has been posted yet. But is there any thought to adding permanently divided nations that result from civil war? Sort of like what happened with North and South Korea.

Cool idea - although technically the two Korean governments are still at war with each other. There's only an armistice in effect and even that has given way to occasional active hostilities.
From a post by podcat the current status is: They would like to add it if they find time but currently all civil wars are to the death.

Well north and south Korea weren't divided by civil war, they were divided by treaty between the Allies. Same with east and west Germany.
