So this is frustratingly Annoying, I've played two Multiplayer games and Tested in double digit numbers of Ironman games, and everytime whenever there's a Civil war, the brigades that you get (example Blackshirt Brigades from the British civil war and the Landsturmregiment from the German civil war) will not disband and cannot be disbanded once the civil war ends, no event, no nothing, I'm stuck with those troops for the rest of the game and I cannot

I did go into the settings file in \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV and edited the save_as_binary=yes to save_as_binary=no as well as the Save game file where I changed is_locked=yes to is_locked=no, and I was able to delete them just fine, as well as the template, however say goodbye to your achievements, as they're disabled.
There needs to be a patch for this because I haven't had this problem until La Resistance came out
