Civil War mod -a posibility

I would like to see a civil war mod and ive decided that i am willing to make one as long as i have a team to help work go faster right now i need some research done and i think this mod will be a good one

Perhaps I'm missing a point here, but wouldn't it be easier to simply use/play the Civil War scenario in Victoria? That is, provided it's the American Civil War you're thinking of?

well yah but im talking about an american civilwar mod in Eu2 not Victoria plus i dont even own a copy of Victoria
