Civil War event

hey everybody,

this is an event for an civil war in South Africa (if you read my AAR you might understand )
the first time i made something with the civil_war and it won't work!

Does U01 already exist?
Does U01 have this country (SAF?) as a regular_id in revolt.txt?
Does this country (SAF?) have U01 as a regular_id in revolt.txt?

In a nutshell...It means that the two countries are different versions of the same country (i.e., Republican Spain/Nationalist Spain) or a part of a larger country (Austria/Germany, Chinese Warlords/Nationalist China, California-Texas-Confederate States/USA, etc.)

It allows you to keep the countries Units, resources and production que when you annex them...It also makes it MUCH HARDER to get a (non-annex) peace agreement with them.
