It's somewhat implemented. If you look carefully, in every screenshot there's a blue bird, and as you may have guessed it's twitter. It works exactly like it, so your citizens comment about what you're doing in the city and whether they like what you make or not.

If a Cim is commenting on current Events in your city, wouldnt it be awesome to get your personalized locations get mentioned? Hope there will a a possibility to implement that feature in C:S
