Your game is probably in Program Files\Cities in Motion.
If Steam version:
PC: [Steam\steamapps\common\cities in motion\]
Mac: [Libray\Application Support\Steam\SteamApps\common\cities in motion\]
You need to locate Steam folder, which by default is Program Files as well.
