We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Ok, Fox I think I found the very simple save file I created.
Remember, that you may need to turn-on the two internal game mods: the "Unlimited Money" and the "Unlock All (Milestones)" mods, in order for you to pay for and drop the four UB on the map. (Then you can turn them back off, later.)
Then save your game, and repost the link to your saved game in a new post below.
Then hopefully, I can upload your save.
Anyway see below for the attached game file.
