New citizen registry - post to get or keep citizenship

In order to keep the citizen registry current, the old citizen registry has been closed. To keep or obtain Eutopian citizenship (which will allow you to vote, run for public office etc.), please post a short (five lines max) description of your in-game character in this thread, including a character name and residence as well as any other information you may care to provide.

New citizens should also stop by the Office of Revenue and Fiscal Management to file a property and income report.
