Hi Everyone

I've just joined these forums and this is my first post on here. Love the game, although haven't had it very long. I've just started my first city and am doing a Youtube series following it.

If you go to my youtube link you'll notice I've just started broadcasting on that too so would love to get some feedback, subscribers (its free!) and some likes - I hope to make the videos as entertaining and banterous as possible, and not take it too seriously.

I'm now 4 episodes in (5 coming later today... will be the best one yet) - and this is the one I had the most trouble with, the roads weren't doing what I wanted. I've had a fair bit of support over on youtube for the series and I'm pretty happy with the start I've had.

Anyway here's EP4 - complete with my new intro/exit music

Any feedback welcome, especially on this episode which isn't so 'Yay it's all going amazing' - it's more 'how the ... does this work'!

And here's episode 7! I'm starting to worry though that with the amount of trucks that visit the cargo dock, that I may need to do some more re-routing to the industry.

But I also add a touch of class, the opera house, more parks and amenities, loads more trees, and the city is starting to look ever more grand!

Here is Ep 10 - where we build an oil field to take advantage of the natural resources the map has given us. We also build a new neighbourhood to compliment it, and start joining some of these disconnected areas up!

Another reason why I wanted to use the infinite money is so I can build my own custom highway interchanges.

Thats a good point, it must help massively building the cities foundations and lay out not having to worry about money!

How early do you buy more map squares?

I have a mod that allows all 25 slots and I buy them all right from the beginning before I even lay down one piece of raod.

Here is episode 11! - Where we go Nuclear, look at a few mods, including a lovely swimming pool complex - and continue growing the transport routes through the city.
Also try and deal with a huge traffic jam that I know is going to get worse.
