Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Certain residential houses are selling and rebuilding themselves for no reason. these residential spots that it happens in will continue to do so making those parts of the zzone useless. It's doesn't happen rapidly but every 30 or so seconds this will happen to different affected areas.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
It happens randomly. But my first two maps that I've made this has never happened.
