Is it possible or not to create metro lines on 3 underground levels? Your picture suggests 2 do you confirm it to me?

You mean: siding
Well, you could Build Tracks beside the the other Tracks ... I do not know what you exactly imagine. The subway itself has no depot in the game like the bus.

You can make sidings, but most likely they won't get used. You could possibly get prop metro trains and place them on it.

If you want a depot, especially a working one, I think you should try the Metro Overhaul Mod ("MOM") as it has them.

It should be noted that all depots that have been made for MOM are ground based. No underground or elevated depots have been made (that I'm aware of)
