When I quit Cities, the game window disappears but the Steam client says the game is still running.

What is your game version?
1.15.0.f5

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
Many ... like most others. But I don't expect this is caused by a mod because they were all installed before the update. So the change is the base game code from Paradox... Not all mods are active:

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I quit Cities, the game window disappears but the Steam client says the game is still running. If I tell it to close the game I get the warning about losing data. However the game is not running according to Windows. Please note: I am not saving the game as it has so many other issues - see my other bug entries.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Always happens... every time I load game and then leave it.

What antivirus app do you use? Add the new cities.exe to all its exceptions lists.

This is a steam issue. It happens to me with a couple other games, its some sort of error with steam where it can't detect when the game is actually closed so you have to press stop to make it realize.
