Visual issue with 'Large Six-Lane Road with Median and Tram Tracks'

What expansions do you have installed?
What mods are you using?
As latest patch it says Large Six-Lane Road with Median and Tram Tracks speed issue had been fixed. But its speed limit sign still says 40, which is standard speed in 2-lane roads. It is minor issue but still there.
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
