Tried to respond to the moderator on this forum and got the attached error message despite not using any spam or controversial language.

Please advice.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

That is a spam protection.
To my knowledge you will have to remove any links to be able to reply to someone. There is also no reason to quote any moderators in that thread.
