Ultimate recycking plant doesnt work good

What is your game version?
10.01 (console)

What expansions do you have installed?

Snowfall,
Natural Disasters,
Mass Transit,
Green Cities,
Parklife,
Industries,
Sunset Harbor
What mods are you using?
Nothing

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Ultimate recycling plant use 60/100 garbage trucks and show garbage processing status is very good but most buildings show “garbage has pilled up. I enlarged budget and nothing.. thank you for any answers.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

How is your traffic situation? If your traffic is congested, garbage trucks won't be able to pick up any garbage in time.

Make sure your traffic is good and that all of the roads in your city are connected to where the plant is located. Also, make sure that one way roads are set up quite properly and not leading in and out to nowhere if they're in use in your city.
