Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I just bought the game from steam then downloaded and then the screen is very squeezed and glitched and I can't see anything. I can't play the game and haven't started playing yet and so its already broken.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
At the morning the screen was normal and only added one road and then I saved the game and left the game. Then at the afternoon when I got on my steam and pressed play the screen was glitched and squeezed and from there I couldn't do anything and I don't know the cause or why it happened.

Can you clarify what you are saying here please? You were, or were not, able to play the game when you first ran it from Steam?

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
