just defaults

the game i have which is cities skylines keep crashing .

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
when i try to start game its waiting little bit after that its crashing and going to windows page all over again. i dont understand why cant i play this game on my computer. my laptop isnt bad. i am using one the gaming laptop
