Extra Landscaping Tools, Harmony 2.0.4-4, Improved Public Transport 2, Mini FPS Booster, Move it, Network Extensions 2, Prop Line Tool Alpha, Real Time Mod, Tree Brush, Unlimited Trees and TME V11 Stable

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When loading the game, whilst it's loading the loading screen mod highlights an error saying 'Simulation Failed - Array index is out of range'.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Add the mods Save Our Saves and the Loading Screen Mod, enable both mods, restart the game. Then go into Options, find the Loading Screen Mod on the left and under its options find and enable the Safe Mode options. Then try loading your save. If this works, make sure to save as a new file.
