Describe your issue
Service access doesn't work along one way road

What is your game version?
1.13.1-f1

What expansions do you have installed?

What mods are you using?
Builtin: Unlimited Money, Unlimited Soil, Unlock All

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
A service placed on the side of a oneway road needs to make one circle on a roundabout before entering the previous exit (the one that doesn't get the bonus on the 2nd screenshot).
Pathfinding algorithm doesn't seem to be able to grasp it.

In screenshots the issue appears even if the small vertical roads aren't one-way.
I don't know if that affects actual vehicles arriving when they are needed.

Probably best to also attach the affected save game file., for the gameplay experts to look into. Thanks!

Can't find that save.
Disabled the mods and ran to first milestone for a simpler example. Education obviously fails if we put it after the exit, not before.

I'm not sure if this is related: pedestrian paths behave weirdly w.r.t. education access. 2 schools are for symmetry.
Ideally they should be accessible via pedestrian path. However only the lower road gets access to schools.
This doesn't depend on how pedestrian paths were drawn. The only thing that seems to matter is that these roads were built in order from top to bottom.

Can't find that save.
Local saves are here:
...\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\saves\
(To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer)

You can see cloud saves here:

Actually direction does matter: On the road across the pedestrian path (the lowest in the screenshot) the access is better towards the beginning of the road as it was drawn. Upgrading road including to one way in either direction doesn't have any effect
