What is your game version?
1.16.0-f3

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
Several - Network Anarchy, TME, Extra Landscaping Tools, Loading Screen Mod Revisited, Find It! 2, Purchase It!, Harmony

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was playing a city I've been working on for weeks last night, and had just purchased and installed several DLCs. I went to save, and slightly jostled my laptop, which suddenly changed to a gray blue screen.

After nothing happened for awhile, I restarted my computer. I went back into the game, and that saved city is no longer listed in the Load Game window or under savegames in the Content Manager.

However, it IS listed under local drive saves with a very recent date modified of 12.01am this morning.

Is it possible it got corrupted while trying to package the file, or that the installation of new DLCs messed something up?

Is there a way to retrieve the saved city since it is still available in the Saves folder? I also have OneDrive backups, if that makes any difference for any of this.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

If the computer crashed while the game was writing out the save, it is very likely irretrievably corrupted. You could attach it here for folks to look into though.

Hopefully you have autosave ON so you can revert to a recent one!

So my brother also has the game, and I had him try to open the file on his computer, and he also couldn't get it to open.

However, in a new twist, when I booted up the game today, the city in question WOULD load from the Resume menu, but was still not listed in the Load Game menu. Could that indicate anything in particular?

Are you sure it's the same file? What shows in the Content Manager-save game menu?
