Red Icon Stayed in Abandoned Fields

What is your game version?
1.15.0-f7

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
81 Tiles Mod, Harmony 2.2-0, No Border Limit Camera and Cross The Line

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Just saw this red icon stayed on in the abandoned fields (as see in the pic) instead of the usual dark abandoned icon I get after installing P&P

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Could you attach the affected save for us to investigate, please?

Does this also happen with the launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods when testing on a new city?

How To Set Launch Options

• Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
• Enter the launch options you wish to apply in the box (be sure to separate each code with a space). Should look like this:
  

  -noWorkshop -disableMods

• Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.

So here it is my save game. I have not seen the abandoned field situation for a while now since I deleted those fields and changed my game a lot (e.g. less farming area) since I sent that message. However I did see something else in my high tech office area. They did turn black eventually like you see my screenshot. But they said something else when it turns red then abandoned.

For your other question, I have not played a new city yet.....so I am not sure.
