Public Transport doesn't pick up passengers anymore after a while

What is your game version?
1.13.3-f9

What expansions do you have installed?
Mass Transit

What mods are you using?
every buildings (vanilla)
Automatic Bulldoze v2
Improved Public Transport 2
no limit money (vanilla)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Its on a mac 2019 with best gpu. I reinstalled the game already. Every time I play everything runs fine. But after a while, with approx 30k inhabitants, the public transport gets buggy. Some busses, subways, trains don't pick up passengers anymore. Before that, everything was fine and it worked. But then the passengers go lower and lower and new line (e.g. for busses) there are all busses with 0/30 passengers, although many people waiting at the stops. It although happens if I don't raise the capacity of the vehicles with Improved Public Transport 2 or even if I start the game without that mod.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
yes, its always the same after playing approx 3-4 hours or having 20-30k inhabitants.

Have you tried your issue on an un-modded city and is it still happening there?

I've had this issue for a very long time, probably since around 2019. It's slightly different as it usually starts at 80-120k population after 30ish years playing. I still haven't found a solution to it either
