After Dark, Snowfall, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Sunset Harbor
What mods are you using?
None, disabled and unsubscribed all and problem persists.
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In early part of the game, after building roads, power, water hookup, etc. I zone residential and the population remains at zero, despite the game visually spawning houses in Residential districts. This persists in multiple re-loads of the game, restarting the computer, verifying integrity of local files, and doing a clean uninstall and reinstall.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I purchased Sunset Harbor, After Dark, Mass Transit and restarted to see if this fixed the issue, but issue persists.
