What is your game version?
1.13.1-f

What expansions do you have installed?

What mods are you using?
none, i've unsubscribed all of them

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This game never gave me any issues. Today it started crashing any time a click on play button. I've already tried to install again the game but it didn't work. HOI4 doesn't seem to have the same problem

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

You almost certainly have the Citrix Workspace problem.

Thank you. I just uninstalled citrix workspace 'cause i don't need it right now. If I have to install it again I'll try the workaround, but just the uninstall worked for me. Now the game runs flawlessly. I've only a last question. I didn't install citrix workspace recently and the game has never crashed before. Is there any reason for a such a behavior?

Not that I'm aware of. Maybe there was a Citrix update that applied?
