Describe your issue
Object reference not set to an instance of an object - Please help

What is your game version?
1.16.0 f3

What expansions do you have installed?
Mass Transit, Industries

What mods are you using?
I attached my saved game file. Please help.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Hi,
I've been playing this game for a long time and have dozens of mods installed. I got this message saying "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" and it doesn't seem to go away and all the mods stopped working. I un-subbed all the mods and reinstalled the game and the same problem still showing when I try to continue my city.

PS. No problem when I start a new game, but I really really want to continue building my current city.

I have attached my saved game file, and I hope someone can help me here.

Thanks a million

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Since you've got a simulation error there and you're already subscribed to the Loading Screen Mod, try these steps:
  • In the Main Menu, go to Options and select the Loading Screen Mod in the list on the left
  • In the mod's settings, under "General", select all boxes under "Safe Mode"
  • Load the save and, if that works, save it as a new file
  • Restart the game, disable the Safe Mode and load the save (the new file) again

I'm actually not subbed to Loading Screen Mod anymore. I unsubbed all mods and assets. But that did not fix the problem.
Should I go subscribe it and try the steps?
