Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Above I included a list of mods and road assets I'm using since it was the Roads & Vehicles update that broke my game.

My saved city (Venegas_v2) won't load after Roads & Vehicles update. I've checked my mods and assets and made updates to compatible mods where necessary and even tried some troubleshooting from the forum but nothing helps. My game either gets stuck on the loading screen when all mods are disabled or fails to load in when mods are turned on.

In addition to the workshop mods, I get a warning on game start up that some of the mods that come standard with Cities Skylines are in compatible (unlimited money, unlimited resources, and all unlocked).

*NOTE: I have screenshots of the issue but was not able to attach them here for some reason.*

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yes. Game fails to load - Load or Continue the saved game (Venegas_v2) like normal with mods turned on. Game freezes while loading - Load or Continue the saved game (Venegas_v2) like normal with mods turned off.

You have conflicting mods - many of them even have "deprecated" in their names, pay attention to that.
You don't need Fine Road Anarchy, Fine Road Tool, Tiny Segments, Quay Anarchy nor Ship Path Anarchy if you already have Network Anarchy.
You don't need Parallel Road Tool if you already have Network Multitool.
You don't need Node Spacer if you already have Node Controller and Network Anarchy

I also recommend you run Compatibility Report and go through the report it creates. It may catch more mod conflicts or broken mods.

After cleaning up your mods, try loading your city again. If that doesn't help, I recommend using the Loading Screen Mod's Safe Mode options. To enable those go into Options before loading your save, find the Loading Screen Mod on the list on the left, find and enable all the Safe Mode options, and then attempt to load your save. If that works, save your city as a new file and disable the Safe Mode options the next time you restart the game.

If that doesn't help, please attach the output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux) from that attempt. Depending on your operating system the log can be found here:
