Console player. Almost all services not working. My cities spamming not enough buyer and not enough product meanwhile all this while enough. Just after the latest update.

This is almost invariably the result of a poor road network. Trucks can't get to where they need or take too long. From the looks of your screenshot, you have an inadequate system of highway ramps. Maybe vehicles can get on and not off, or vice-versa. You need to add four ramps for every bridge overpass at periodic intervals along the highway so vehicles can enter and exit in both directions. It should look like this:

Fix your highway network and I'm sure the supply problems will gradually vanish.

I'm having the same issue on PlayStation with a city (my best) that was having no issue before the Financial update. I changed one train station from the generic passenger station to a DLC elevated bypass, then about 20 minutes later all my industry and almost all my commercial started saying the "not enough buyer" and "not enough product". Plus, most the trains are not complete. They just have the engine car and 1 or 2 cars behind it. I have 5 cargo train depots, 2 cargo hubs, 4 cargo harbors and a cargo airport terminal. My traffic flow is generally between 72% and 75%. I have zoned-goods warehouse right next to most of my main commercial areas, too.
