Cities: Skylines (Steam) - Loading screen bug

Loading screen bug

What is your game version?
1.13.3-f9

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Natural Disasters

What mods are you using?
81 tiles mod, Demand Master Mod (Have disabled)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Whenever I load a previously saved game, The bar gets half way and freezes, The loading circle still spins and the mouse moves but it is stuck there. I then have to turn my computer off and on again (ALT+F4 wont work too). Not a problem with the system, I have tried it again on another computer with the same results. (This one had no mods installed)........Both computers were using the Epic games version (Got free from New Year's sale)

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Just load a saved game. 99% of the time it happens

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

By open a window, Do you mean like an window or a Save file with the problem

This is also a very recent issue for me, Cities Skylines has worked well for me for over 3 months

That looks like an Epic edition, yet the game installation location D:\CitiesSkylines\ doesn't look right ... can you clarify where you have this game from and how it is installed there?

I ask because modding is not supported with the Epic edition .

It is from the epic store. I got it for free during epic's new year sale; As for the mods. One day I was rambling to my friend about how its sad that epic does not support mods, So he installed it using some steamdownlaoder and put it in the mods file

When i downloaded it. it created a folder called CitiesSkylines and put everything neetly in it (My OS:C) was full so I put it there

Also, It cannot be the mods, I tired on a different computer. I think Cities Skylines is the first game to ever be downloaded in it and it had the same problems with the vanilla game

Can i get a new output log from that other machine with no mods involved please?

Please delete or remove the mods you have installed completely (not just disable them). Then start a new city, save it, restart the game and try loading it. Does that work?

No because I downloaded it on another computer entirely which just has the vanilla game but I logged into my account

I shit you not: I stopped playing cities skylines for a while (like a couple weeks) because I lost some good cities, But today lo and behold a new city I saved is playing. (I uninstalled and reinstalled the game) ALL THE MODS ARE STILL THERE and everything is working fine (for now)

Mods are not supported with the Epic edition of the game so using them is at your own risk, I'm afraid.

I threw the mods away, now wat i do?

Play without mods on the epic version or buy the steam version where you can play with mods.

Yes thank you it worked. I unistalled mods and reinstalled game
