Issue Loading since latest Patch I can't find why

What is your game version?
1.15.0-f7

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
None, all disabled and unsubscribed

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I purchased the new DLC and CCP on release, auto-updated with the latest patch as well. Since then, I have been unable to open a saved game.
I have deleted all my saves.
I have disabled and then unsubscribed from ALL mods.
I have uninstalled and redownloaded the base game

I have been unable to launch any map, the loading screen runs for a while and then shuts down near the end.

The ONLY way I can start a game is by using the '-noWorkshop' fix.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
By launching a new game without the -noWorkshop fix in my Steam settings

Please attach the output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux) from an attempt to load a map without the -noWorkshop launch option in place. The log can be found here:

Just tried uninstalling and reinstalling Steam, then relaunching a new game on one of the new maps.

Thanks for the fast response.
I unsubscribed from everything from the workshop and have just worked through that list of mods - launching the game after subscribing to each.

The game now launches with my updated mods enabled (one or two others I use that don't appear to have been updated but not trying those yet).

I'll add items from the workshop as I go and see what happens.
