Inability to run mods without corruption of world and other bus options (with higher capacities) not loading

What is your game version?
1.15.1

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Made a general ticket of my saves not loading, was directed to go here. When I load up mods and load a save it doesn't fully load, gets stuck at about 60%. I'm also having an issue where the busses (apart from the normal busses and school busses) are invisible when they're sent out to the lines.
I did it with only 2 verified working mods and it still happened

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Load up save game with mods, go to menu and try to reload it. (had to put in a file so just used random one, no error messages showed up)

The invisible buses (assuming it's on left-hand traffic cities) is an issue we're aware of and investigating. It's unrelated to mods.

As for loading your city with mods, your description is a bit unclear. Do you mean that you cannot load a city with mods at all Or is the issue that you load the city, go back to the main menu, then is unable to load it again?

What usually happens is I'll have a vanilla save. I'll exit the save, apply mods, load up the same save, use the mods. If I leave that save and immediately (without disabling the mods) try to load it again, the game will stay loading at about 60% of the bar completed

That is unfortunately expected. When using mods you should always restart the game between loads as some mods are not unloaded when going back to the main menu. This results in the mods being loaded again on top of the first load, so they are essentially trying to run twice, which creates a lot of issues.
