Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In game error appears constantly during gameplay. the message appears as: An exception occured during TransportLine simulation step.

If it doesn't help, it seems to be a problem related to Improved Transport Manager. Have you tried talked to the creators of this mod in their Steam Workshop page?
