Please gather both these two informational files, and attach them here:

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Looks like RICO errors, so either broken assets, missing dependencies or assets which require DLC(s) you don't have.

Probably the easiest and user friendly way is to enable Loading Screen Mod asset report generation in the mod options and then load the savegame. Once loaded you can close game and navigate to directory you've set for Loading Screen Mod reports and them open the files in a web browser (file will have name composed of date, time and the savegame name you've been loaded).
Click at the links of missing assets to open steam workshop page to subscribe each one.

Alternatively you can open output_log.txt, search for phrase: [LSM] Missing: which contains workshop id and internal asset name. To get link to the workshop asset you need to paste workshop id at the end of this link https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=,
e.g. [LSM] Missing: 603164819.DK-P Path Concrete 1x2m_Data, so url to the workshop item will be https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=603164819

Once you subscribe to everything you can run game again and try loading the savegame once again. If everything go right you should not see exceptions/errors (assuming you only use RICO assets which does not require DLCs you don't have)
