I can not load one game file

What is your game version?
1.14.1-f2

What expansions do you have installed?
Mass Transit, Industries, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
none

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I can not load a specific game file. It does not matter if I try to continue the game from the launcher or loading the file in the main menu. Then I get a crash report.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

DynamicHeapAllocator out of memory - Could not get memory for large allocation 4194304!

97% memory in use.
16225 MB physical memory [390 MB free].
65377 MB paging file [203 MB free].

Normally that would be caused by too many mods and assets, but you have none. So either you have filled up your memory and Windows paging file with something else before starting the game, or there's somethign seriously wrong in that save game file. Or maybe both!

Unload everything else you can before starting the game. If it still does this, attach here the problem save file, tanks.
