Helicopter stops jittering at Metropolitan Airport

When Airports DLC was released, players reported that they were unable to place blimp or helicopter stops because they kept jittering all over the place. This was allegedly fixed in the 1.14.1 patch, but guess what.... the bug is back! Sort of. Helicopter stops can be placed normally except at the metropolitan airport. They still jitter around, making it near impossible to place correctly. Please fix this!
