Graphical Issue on splitz Tributary and Cape apple

1.15.0-f7
What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Sunset Harbor
What mods are you using?
no mods. i only play vanilla game
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
On the maps Splitz Tributary and Cape apple the highway textures ware weird. During diffrent zoom levels they also dissappear and reappear. The other Plaza&Promenades maps seem to be working fine upon starting new cities. Cache integrity didn found any faulty files. After reinstallign the whole game the Splitz map is now partly fixed. Capeapple was not affected my any action yet.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
replication unknown. but it seems to be not caused on end it has to eb the maps themselves to have an problem with displaying.
