Game will not initiate after the launcher

What is your game version?


What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
nothing

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Cities.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module Cities.exe at 0033:98db6307.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
yes, the issue happens when i launch the game

You almost certainly have the Citrix Workspace problem.
