What expansions do you have installed?
Snowfall, Mass Transit, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports
What mods are you using?
Multiple train mods, some road mods and graphical mods.
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
There are 2 Issues, these started after ive installed the new DLC (Plazas and Promenades).
When starting a new City, i cannot build anything because the City Grid (where you usually build your city) isnt there and it says im out of bounds of the city boundary, hence why i cant build any roads. When i loaded an existing city and wanted to construct a plaza district (or extend a district) , my whole screen switched colours and i couldnt make a plaza area nor edit existing areas.
In the 3rd attachment, the city boundary got moved to somewhere, but now i cant build in my city anymore since the boundary is somewhere else.
I have lots of mods, but i highly doubt that turning them off will get me back my city boundary in this city and in new worlds.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
