What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?


Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I cannot open game, i share bug files with you. all help is appreciated. thanks in advance

- reboot
- install the latest by fresh download from here:

- reboot again
